Café de Huila
The Huila region has established itself as one of the most important areas for specialty coffee production in Colombia. Since the mid-20th century, thousands of coffee-growing families have made this crop their main livelihood, gaining international recognition thanks to their dedication, careful processing, and the richness of their land.
Mineral-rich volcanic soils and a wide diversity of microclimates create the perfect environment for high-quality coffee.

Our name
Safra: The Spirit of the First Harvest
Safra is more than a name—it embodies living memory, family unity, and deep roots. It recalls the first harvests that became joyful family celebrations, where up to seven generations gathered in the Colombian countryside to share work, laughter, and tradition.
Mr. Marlon, one of Safra’s founders, still cherishes the memories of his grandmother and mother preparing breakfast for everyone, children running with water jugs and baskets of food, and elders giving their best in the fields. Every moment was infused with love, pride, and the magic of the very first harvest.
Today, Safra carries forward that legacy. Every coffee bean tells the story of those days, reflects the deep love of a united family, and delivers the unique magic and authenticity of Colombia’s first harvest in every cup.

A story to savor.
Each bean tells a story of dedication and proven quality, delivering a cup with intense aroma, unmistakable flavor, and the assurance of enjoying the very best from our land.
Bean Selection
Our beans, carefully selected, undergo a medium roast that highlights their fruity aroma, elegant flavor, balanced acidity, and smooth body.
Quality is our greatest strength. All our coffees are sun-dried naturally at temperatures not exceeding 40 °C, ensuring the purity and character of every cup..
