The aftertaste is steely and chocolatey, very accented pleasant, besides that it is a very noble coffee for the nervous and digestive system, managing on several occasions to be designated as a coffee aimed at all public with demanding palates and variable health. Soconuscoffee Elitte
Brand targeting the most demanding markets in quality such as (Japan and EMA)
These grains are distinguished by having a balanced cup, rated as 87 to 92 according to SCCA Green grains with error from 7 to 2 /300
Qahua
Harvested Maragos grains, in Chiapas next to active volcano Tacana, adjoining soconusco Chiapas and Guatemala.
These grains are distinguished by their peculiar taste and their cup with outstanding rating, the inventory of this quality is limited to almost 2 containers per year only; texture of this coffee is especially aimed at demanding palates such as those of EMA.
Specialty coffees Special harvest
Garnica beans, Marseillaise, Oro Azteca, Bouron and Caturra, farms the state of Veracruz and Chiapas, this edition and quality of coffees are very limited to 2 tons per year, aimed exclusively at true connoisseurs and tasters of an excellent coffee.
Comercial Standard Quality
Represented by Xococafé premium, high altitude beans, coffee rated by SCCA from Very Good to Good, quality beans and European preparation with error that can go up to 13/300 gr
• Xococafé Premium, this coffee is an initial blend from Veracruz / Chiapas and can generate variants of cup textures by making blends based on Oaxaca, Puebla. Each of these blends has a suitable toast that allows a strong and pleasant aftertaste, causing greater consumption by the diner
White Brand

They are high-altitude grains, where we can make preparations based on our standard quality line «Xococafé» and make private brands, improving the quality and price to the end customer or distributor. Cups 80, 82 to 85. and lower if necessary. The annual average inventory is 12 thousand bags
